Supported Living Helping People to Overcome Barriers to Enjoy Greater Independence and Quality of Life

Supported Living Services

At Cavell Healthcare we offer professional support to clients with a broad range of disabilities, enabling them to safely remain in their own homes whilst developing as individuals.

Our supported living service has a strong focus on enrichment and enablement and our highly trained carers are compassionate and respectful, supporting our clients in overcoming barriers so that they can enjoy greater independence and quality of life.

We pride ourselves on our person-centred approach as we believe that people, families and communities are at the heart of healthcare and wellbeing. It is important that we understand your individual needs, so we will begin by carrying our a needs assessment from which we will then work with you to develop a personal care plan that is perfectly tailored to meet your individual needs.

How We Can Help

Whatever your individual requirements, Cavell Healthcare can provide the professional support you need.

For anything, for example help accessing public transport to get to work, assistance getting in or out of bed or help with washing and dressing, we are on hand to provide you with the support you need to live an independent life.

We work hand-in-hand with you to develop a tailored care plan which can vary from as little as an hour a day to multiple visits per day or even live-in care. We understand the importance of maintaining your independence and dignity so we have developed our supported living service to be highly flexible and fully tailored to your individual needs.

Your Personal Care Plan

We understand that your needs may change over time, so here at Cavell Healthcare, we will regularly review your personal care plan and make any amendments necessary to ensure that all your existing and new needs are being met.
