To all at Cavell Healthcare
“To all at Cavell health care,
I don’t know where to begin. No amount of words or actions can express our thanks and gratitude to you all, for the care, support and compassion you showed my parents in the last few weeks of Dad’s life.
You have become special people in our lives, and we miss you already!
Thank you for being so kind to my Mum who is also a client, the carers support and kindness helped us all through a very difficult few days.
There are too many names to mention, but Miranda, Joanne, David, Andy, Shauni, Liz, Mollie, Laura, Rachel, Amy……I could go on.
Thank you SO much for looking after my Dad.”
A Thank You Gift
“We would like to say thank you for all the patience, love, car and dignity you showed Adrian and our family in our time of need.
We appreciate all your hard work and dedication to looking after those like Adrian, and it made such a challenging, scary and sad time easier for us.
Lots of love As family”
“The very remarkable Anne”
I hope you don’t mind me emailing you but I really had to take a few minutes to reaffirm something you probably already know and that is what a truly remarkable woman Anne is.
I can’t begin to tell you how she has helped us during her time looking after my sister. The local reverend summed it up perfectly when he said ‘you landed on your feet when Anne entered your lives’ and no truer words have been spoken.
Anne’s constant support and kindness helped get me through many a tough moment. Her undivided attention and the unique bond they cemented in their time together made us feel like she was one of the family and whenever we had to leave, it always gave us great comfort to know XX was completely safe & cared for.
I just wanted to say ‘thank you’ for the unfaltering care and attention Anne gave, for the love & support she showed to me & my mum and I will be eternally grateful Anne came into our lives to help us all through such a sad & tragic time in our lives.
I don’t know if you have any sort of outstanding award you give to your carers but if you do please can you nominate Anne on our behalf please. The last few months have been so unbelievably difficult to comprehend and deal with and I know the final stages would have been impossible without Anne’s love & dedication.
Thank you again for such an incredible service.
A little note to say a big thank you!
To Gordon, Rachel and the whole team.
I very much appreciate all your support during my time off work. Thank you so much for being there for me. It means more than I can say.
We would like to thank all of the carers for the wonderful way they looked after Mum over the last two years.
We couldn’t have done it without you, you enabled her to be able to stay in her own home as long as she did.
We have put together a few gifts for your kind carers, please put their names in a hat for a chance to win.
Best wishes and kind regards,
JL and PP
I often think of you and Sarah, with grateful feelings for the care the two of you extended to mummy and I recognise how special you and Sarah are as carers and I hope that you are both well.
I would love to have the opportunity of seeing you again, to give you a hug with heartfelt thanks and have a strong feeling that if mum were to see you or Sarah again she would recognise you with a lovely smile.
With love, Lxx
