At Cavell Healthcare, we are proud to offer a service that is the only one of its kind in the UK – our Community Care Coach.
Designed as a facility for our local community, this mobile information centre, allows us to deliver care in the heart of the community, offering help, advice and bespoke care services, including:
• Information for home care services
• Advice and support for individuals and their loved ones
• Wellbeing checks
• Training services to external agencies
• First aid support at events
• Coffee mornings to promote social inclusion
• Community support
Coffee & A Chat
We all know that maintaining social interactions is vital for our health and mental wellbeing. The Community Care Coach has been designed to offer an open, safe and relaxed environment in which to interact with others.
If you are feeling lonely or isolated, a coffee morning in the Community Care Coach will give you the opportunity to meet new people and form new friendships.
We can also provide confidential information and advice on any aspect of care during one of our information sessions. So, if you or a loved one feels that you might need care, from occasional assistance to live-in help, why not pop in and see us at The Community Care Coach and we would be happy to offer confidential, compassionate advice and support to help you decide the best option for you.
