Amy Hudson

This is Amy, who has been with us for a number of years. Amy has previous experience in delivering support to both field based staff and clients alike and is now responsible for recruitment.

Amy Hudson is our Specialist Recruitment Consultant and her full-time role is dedicated to recruiting carers. It’s fair to say that as recruitment and PEOPLE are the beating heart of Cavell Healthcare, Amy’s job is super important!

We have no shortage of people requiring our services, so we are always looking for enthusiastic and caring people to join our team. Amy knows that people don’t necessarily need experience in care to join the sector, as our dedicated in-house trainer delivers all the accredited training required for the role – it is Amy’s job to find people with the right attitude and temperament; caring, supportive, empathetic, adaptable and hard working.

Amy has worked with Cavell for a number of years and we know that if Amy says she is going to do something it will happen!
