Rachel is responsible for liasing with clients, families and staff and is an excellent communicator, and is very adept at matching the right staff to the needs of our service users. Her work also means she is in regular dialogue with Continuing Healthcare and Social Services as well as the families of our service users. When not working Rachel and husband Ian can be found touring Norfolk on their 900cc motorbike, and are also big fans of Kings Lynn Stars speedway team.
