Gordon says, that in healthcare just like any other industry, “it’s the people that make the business”, and his commitment is very much steeped in delivering the development and training opportunities we offer all our staff. Since Gordon opened Cavell Healthcare, formerly a franchise, serving the fine city of Norwich and the county of Norfolk, we have grown extremely quickly, to become one of the most trusted names in East Anglia for Healthcare, and that is all thanks to the fact that we have found some amazing people to join us on our journey, both in our management and admin team’s as well as uncovering some really incredible Nurses and Care Workers, and we are always on the lookout for more!! Gordon say’s that “it is so rewarding to work with people who are so dedicated to delivering a service that is of benefit to the people of our communities across the region”.
In his spare time Gordon was previously a trustee for the East Anglia Anchorage Trust and The Benjamin Foundation (the 2 charities eventually merged), and attended monthly board meetings as well as supporting the trusts in as many ways as possible, the Trusts both support young people (typically 18 – 30) who are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Gordon’s vision is to see Cavell Healthcare be an active member of the community in which we work and live, and we are extremely proud to have become a Norwich City Football Club Community Partner.
