We are proud to announce our Care Hero, for the month of February is Hazel.Hazel was nominated this month because she consistently makes a positive contribution to her work and the lives of others through her selfless dedication, continuing commitment, reliable help and general thoughtfulness. We receive nothing but positive feedback from Hazel’s peers, colleagues and clients.
As well as loving her day-to-day role, Hazel is very keen to continue her professional development and has recently put herself forward for a further education course.
It is fair to say she was a little stunned when we presented her with her certificate, letter and voucher, and was so pleased to be recognised in this way. However, it’s a two-way street, as here at Cavell we love celebrating the success, achievements, passion and hard work of our care staff. We know our team are amazing and invaluable in providing the excellent care our clients receive, so why not shout about it!
