This month congratulations go to Emma, who has been awarded Care Hero of the Month for January 2021!
Emma joined us in March 2020 with no previous care experience and despite the fact that she has worked throughout the pandemic, there is no question that Emma has taken to the role like a duck to water!
We have received nothing but positive feedback about Emma, from both her clients and fellow colleagues and it is lovely to hear how she has built up such a fantastic working relationship in just under a year. And it’s no wonder – Emma isn’t shy about putting on her famous blue tunic and helping out when needed!
However, when we turned up with her certificate, letter and voucher Emma was overwhelmed and could not believe it!
