We are delighted to announce that our new offices in Lowestoft opened on Monday 22nd March!
Owing to the demand for our services, we felt we were best placed to serve Suffolk if we have a visible presence for staff and service users, so we secured fantastic new offices at the Riverside Business Centre in Lowestoft! We are also delighted to welcome to the team our new Regional Business Manager, Janine Ford, and Waveney Division Branch Manager, Hilary Watts. Janine and Hilary will be working from the Lowestoft office.
This latest expansion represents further significant investment following developments last year which included recruiting 17 new carers and two additional new members to the administration team, as well as a full re-brand. We have also increased our fleet of cars and upgraded our infrastructure to safeguard us against possible future lockdowns and to make the team more adaptable to working from home when required. As well as state-of-the-art software, which has been created specifically for the care sector, each of our administration staff have been equipped with cutting-edge HiHi telephone systems featuring detachable tablets for easy home-working.
Our plan is to recruit a minimum of 30 new jobs in Lowestoft and surrounding areas over the next three months, including home care staff, live-in carers and support workers, so if you or someone you know could be interested in a position with an award-winning care provider get in touch!
