You might guess why our care hero for the month of July 2021 is Carole, when you learn that she is known to many of her colleagues as “Mumma Carole”!Carole joined the Cavell Healthcare family back in February 2019 and has provided consistent quality care since the start! One of her co-workers describes her as “an amazing care worker and a great joy to work with” and it is clear that Carole has built strong and mutually respectful relationships with both her colleagues and clients. There is no question she also always goes the extra mile – even caring for one of her clients dogs until the client was discharged from hospital!
Carole was surprised and a little watery-eyed when she was presented with her certificate, letter and gift card!
We love to recognise and celebrate the success of our care staff. Our team are amazing and are invaluable in providing the excellent care our clients receive.
