If you ask any of our care givers what the best thing about the job is, the answer is always “it is so rewarding” and they are right, it is an incredibly rewarding career. However, caring is a profession that can also be challenging and this has never been more true than in the last 15 months when our teams have had to battle the pandemic to deliver the same high levels of care to clients who have depended on them more than ever.
We are enormously proud of the determination, bravery and hard work of each and every member of the team, who have ensured that the care that Cavell Healthcare delivers to its clients has been of the same exemplary standard as ever, despite Coronavirus. So, we wanted to reward them….
When thinking about what we could do, we thought about what they might appreciate the most and the answer was really very simple – a holiday. Therefore, we have teamed up with a local holiday provider to purchase 20 holidays in resorts at Burnham on Sea and Skegness, to be taken from June to September, which we are giving away in a series of five prize draws.
Our Wheel of Fortune draw includes any member of staff who has put themselves forward as available for the holiday dates offered and each of our five draws will see four lucky members of staff winning a much-deserved holiday. And with 64 names in the hat for the first draw, we are happy to see that the staff are as excited at the chance of winning a holiday as we are about giving them away.
We believe that the secret to our success is our staff and it is so lovely to be able to reward them for their hard work and commitment to our clients.
